Wake fast at least for the numbers of minutes the year you are old daily. Reduce the volume of meals contain oil, sugar or sweat etc. cut the fat level in your diet to zero. Take the foods contain carbohydrates. Add the meals contain fiber in your menu. Avoid roasted and fried goods. Eat slowly and chew the bit properly. Don’t take another before the first one is swallowed. Don’t eat until you are really hungry and stop eating while a few hunger still persists. Don’t walk or run soon after having the meal. Use moderately the sugar which is also known as white poison and salt. Make it routine to drink with empty stomach warm water mixed with half lemon juice and one spoon of honey. Eat frequently roasted corn or roti from corn flour. Use fenugreek.
